Departure
We would beg you to leave the room after breakfast at 10 o clock. We are pleased to store your luggage, if you want to enjoy your departure day.
Payment
We are accepting Visa, Master and debit card. NO Diners and NO American Express.
Internet & Wifi
At the public places, like restaurant, library and terrace is free WIFI accessible. Majority of the rooms WIFI is free accessible.
Cancellation policy
- until 1 month before arrival: no cancellation fee
- 1 month to 1 week before arrival: 70 % of the total amount
- in the last week before arrival: 90 % of the total amount
- If you will depart earlier or arrive later as planed, we have to charge the total amount. Thank you for your understanding.
- If there is a quarantine of 14 days which has to be made after your holiday, the government rules say, that you are allowed to cancel for free also within those 30 days.
- If there is just a travel warning and there is no quarantine to be made after the holiday, our cancellation policy (which is just the sentence above) is working.
- If you will departe earlier or arrive later as planed, we have to charge the total amount. Thank you for your understanding.
